I'm Natalie (Nati) Buch Pancorbo (she/her), an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Like many in the field, my curiosity for lactation started through my own journey feeding my firstborn. At the time, I was not able to find a clinical provider that helped me connect the dots, that instilled confidence. Having so many questions unanswered, I sought to understand the science behind the challenges I faced so that I could later provide the clarity, reassurance and support all families deserve.

I began educating and supporting families as a Lactation Education Specialist in 2023. Later, completed my lactation specific education and clinical hours through University of California at San Diego’s Pathway 2 Program. In 2025, I became an IBCLC. My approach is a combination of traditional ancestral knowledge and evidence-based practices. I've trained as a community herbalist and currently studying craniosacral therapy for infants. I've worked extensively with families that have experienced loss, grief, and with complex reproductive and health histories. For this reason, and acknowledging the historic harms of the healthcare system, I utilize a trauma informed lens. My expertise includes assessing oral motor skills, supporting infant development, navigating transitions, low milk supply, and collaboratively creating a plan of care that is attainable and works for each family.

I provide compassionate care for families to feel heard, supported and resourced. Building a relationship, while ensuring clients feel safe and comfortable is my first priority. As a native Spanish speaker, I offer bilingual and culturally congruent care.

Outside of my passion for all things lactation, I enjoy reading fiction novels, being in community, learning about plants, and basking in the sunshine. I find joy in parenting my 2 beautiful children by making art, dancing, and savoring our favorite foods together.
