The Lactation Club (TLC) is a weekly in-person lactation group led by Sunayana Weber, IBCLC. Sunayana gained a lot of early experience by helping to facilitate a weekly breastfeeding group. A scale will be available for weight checks and to do independent weighed feedings. Please note this group is not a substitute for a private lactation consultation.

TLC is for milk making parents with infants 12 months and under. You do not need to be exclusively or directly breastfeeding or chest feeding to attend: expectant parents, pumping parents, and combo feeding parents are welcome. You do not have to be a client of It’s More Than Milk to participate.

The goal of TLC is to support parents with topics specific to those who are lactating, everything from traveling with human milk to sleep to starting solids to partner relationships. Group meets weekly for two hours to share highs and lows, catch up with each other, and discuss the topic of the week.

While this group is free, registration is required.
Group meets weekly on Fridays from 10am-12pm at Austin Doula Care in Central Austin (Mopac + Steck). Register below.
