Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

We understand that life happens. Exceptions to these guidelines are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the decision of your IBCLC.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the self pay price, to the credit card on file. This applies to all clients.

• Rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of $100, to the credit card on file. Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis. This applies to all clients. 

• Clients more than 15 minutes late to in-person visits and more than 10 minutes late to virtual visits will have a shortened lactation consulting session. The visit may be rescheduled with a fee to a date and time convenient for Company or its associates. This applies to all clients.

• No call, no show in-person visits and virtual visits will be charged the full self pay visit fee to the credit card on file. This applies to all clients.
