Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

We understand that life happens. Exceptions to these guidelines are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the decision of your IBCLC.

• Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that you may see another IBCLC on our team if yours is unavailable. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of $100 to the credit card on file. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.

• Clients more than 15 minutes late to in-person visits and more than 10 minutes late to virtual visits will have a shortened lactation consulting session. The visit may be rescheduled with a fee to a date and time convenient for your IBCLC. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.

• No call, no show in-person visits will be charged the full self pay rate to the credit card on file. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.
