The Lactation Club (TLC) is for milk making parents (moms, milk making parents, and gestational parents) with infants 12 months and under. You do not need to be exclusively or directly breastfeeding or chest feeding to attend; expectant parents, pumping parents, and combo feeding parents are welcome. You do not have to be a client of It’s More Than Milk to participate.

A scale will be available for weight checks and to do independent weighed feedings. This group is not a substitute for a private lactation consultation.

The goal of TLC is to support parents with topics specific to those who are lactating, everything from traveling with human milk to sleep to starting solids to partner relationships. Group meets weekly for two hours to share highs and lows, catch up with each other, and discuss the topic of the week.
